Would recommend this accommodation to family. You can have eggs, breads, bangers and bacon with your breakfast if you want to. It has superfriendly, amiable staff.

The location was fantastic for exploring, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety. The room was well-designed and clean, but I found the temperature control less effective. The lack of privacy in the bathroom setup was a minor drawback as well, especially when sharing with family.

Very nice and courteous staff, top location, beautiful bar . With a great restaurant.
The shower cubicle was a little dirty (mildew spots) and a defective plug in the tub.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for a good buffet breakfast. The staff were ready to help, gave a few recommendations. Great service, I loved it. This was a particularly good and absolutely perfect location next to the tram to Edinburgh city centre and the Grassmarket, Old Town area and sightseeing and enjoying bars and restaurants;)))

Everything was very good, attentive staff, incredible location close enough to the bar/restaurant and city centre. The superior double room was light, had an electronic key card, a work desk and coffee/tea making machines. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were extremely comfy. We had a wonderful stay in a long time.

Very friendly staff, the room is very nice, spacious and bright. There are many mirrors. WC and shower are behind glass. There's plenty of tea, coffee and snacks. I especially liked the pool in the hotel and the cosy bar with the live music. The breakfast buffet is well sorted.
Room temperature, it was too cold.

I loved the diverse breakfast options, especially the local haggis! The indoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after our Edinburgh adventures. The hotel's location made it super easy to walk to the castle and Christmas markets. We literally had everything at our fingertips!
